1. What is SlideStart?

3. Why aren’t any slides showing up when I apply filters?

After changing filters, the database sometimes needs a few seconds to re-sync. If nothing appears after 30 seconds, try loosening or changing your filter criteria.

5. Can I use your templates for client work?

Our library of templates is free to use for personal and client work. However, redistributing our templates as templates, bundling them in another product, or sharing raw template/master files is restricted with out prior written consent. See our Terms for details.

7. How can I submit feedback or get help?

We’d love to hear from you! Send questions, bug reports, or feature requests to team@slidestart.com, or use the “Feedback” link in the app footer.

2. How do I sign up?

Click Get Started at the top of the homepage, enter your email and password, and you’ll land straight in the slides to begin your first presentation.

4. Are there any templates available?

Yes, we have a collection of templates that is separate from our curated library of real slides. These are available for personal and limited commercial use (see question #5). You can access these templates here.

6. How can I download the "Real" slides?

The slides in our curated library are preview thumbnails generated from publicly available presentations. We link to the original source (usually a PDF) where any viewing or download occurs under the owner’s terms. We don’t provide editable files; for editable files, please use our templates.

8. Can I use your templates inside my product or app?

If your product lets multiple end users generate/customize decks from our layouts, you’ll need an OEM/Platform license. Email team@slidestart.com. Details in Terms.
